Collins Street Bakery

Since 1896, this Corsicana bakery has been turning out Texas’s best known fruitcakes that have been shipped around the world. The bakery also prepares pecan cakes, the White House Pumpkin Cake (featured at White House holiday dinners),  pecan pies and more. Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods

Royers Pie Haven

Created by the daughter of the well-known Royer’s Round Top Cafe, this pie shop offers pies ranging from traditional pecan to the Texas trash pie at its location on 190 Henkel Street or online for delivery to your home! Named one of the best bakeries in the South by Southern Living magazine.

Salt Lick BBQ

The Whittington’s purchased the Johnson City Locker Plant back in the late 50s, processing the city’s meat until they retired 40 years later and their son decided to build a new plant focused on their Hill Country style jerky.
